Southern Ground Hornbill
|[Normas para las notas] Notas del fotógrafo|
|I have captured this 'Southern Ground Hornbill' (Bucorvus leadbeateri) in Kruger National Park.|
It was midday game drive when saw 4/5 Hornbills are busy to collecting seeds from the ground. All my Kruger National Park pictures were taken from Car and I tried my best to maintain a good background. To me background as well as point of view plays a great role. It was that moment when this Hornbill just tossed the seed. Southern Ground Hornbill is the largest species of Hornbill.

What a neat shot of the hornbill as it is about to snack. I love the funny look on its face as it stares at the suspended seed. Very sharp while showing wonderful detail and rich natural colors. I like the low POV with its blurred BG. Great capture!!
