White Tiger inside Nandankanan Zoo, Orissa, India.

White tigers are Bengal tigers or tigers of mixed Bengal/Amur ancestry with pink noses, white-to-creme coloured fur and black, grey or chocolate-coloured stripes. Their eyes are usually blue, but may be green or amber. There are several hundred captive white tigers worldwide (this number increases annually), all of whom can trace their ancestry back to a white Bengal tiger caught in Rewa, India. Contrary to popular belief, white tigers are not a separate species in their own right, but are a mutant form of the orange Bengal tigers.

welcome to treknature, pov is good, contrast is good and colours look well saturated. tight crop may yield with better result.

Hello Sumon,
Welcome to TN! I'm not overkeen on Zoo pictures but when it concerns the preservation of a species, their only chance to survive is in a Zoo. I've seen these in the Bristol Zoo (England) years ago in a small confinement but I hope they've changed that by now.
Anyway I like your shot as it is unusual to see them in the water! Very good focus too.

Welcome to TN with this very impressive capture of a white tiger in a zoo in Orissa I visited many years ago to see white tigers in particular.
The majestic animal stands out well from the murky green waters it must have been lounging in during the heat of the day.
Well done and looking forward to many more such pictures.

I like it a lot: composition, POV, DOF, focus, lighting, background, framing.

I like it: sharpness, color, notes.

I don't like it: nothing.

Don't forget that you can publish your images with up to 200Kb. for not losing quality.
