hallo Lucja
very nice composition with beaytiful coloured fungus
thanks gr lou
Hi Lucja,
Nice photo, but the ID specification's wrong. Leccinum aurantiacum has reddish brown scales on the stem, different from the black ones we see on the photo. Instead, this is Leccinum versipelle (Fr. & Hök) Snell, mycorrhizal with Betula (birch) exclusively (I see fallen birch leaves on the pic), on very acid soil, sometimes in Sphagnum moss.
Kind regards from Ireland, László

Hello Lucja,
A nicely composed image of this trio of mushrooms. The bright green color of the moss in contrast to the mushrooms yellow caps is quite beautiful. The focus is sharp and the overall exposure is good. I love to eat wild mushrooms, but am not familiar with this particular species. TFS.
