This is excellent, the light and colours are wonderful. Not only a great shot of the Butterfly but what amazing soft-looking flowers the Butterfly sits on. Excellent detail and a good note, I think the Butterflies I tried to photograph must have been Spanish :-) Even if I ran I could not keep up with them. Great work.

lovely composition, with a so nice POV, with perfect BG for this butterfly colour.
the problem is with the ID.
the correct ID is Satyrium spini, that blue big spot is caracteristic for this species.

they can be surprisingly difficult to photograph and you have managed reasonably well here. I know I can struggle with them and never have enough DOF, and also choosing which bit of them to focus on can also be a problem.

Ignoring the focussing, I like the compositon and the colours in this picture and thise flowers(?) look very intersting as well.

Hairstreaks are so beautiful and this one with the blue spot is incredible! Very nice sharp shot and composition. It look as if it is floating on these fluffy flowers.

Very nice shot in this gentle environment. So much I like rhe colours and the pillow-like surrounding. Great peaceful colours. The only minus is too shallow DOF - even most of the wings are out of it.
