Muy buena imagen Jose, no sólo por la presentación del insecto en sí, sino también mostrando el nivel de mimitismo que logra este especie.
Excelente punto de vista con un DOF muy ajustado pero efectivo, ya que se aprecia el insecto con foco y un buen OOF hacia atrás.
Me encantan los coleres naturales, sin saturación y un muy correcto encuadre.
Bravo! mi estimado amigo.

Lovely macro work with this impressive mantis. It really is difficult to spot one in such similar conditions...she does blend very well in its environment!

I like yours in particular because of your great sense of composition. Diagonal positioning, natural colours and inclusion of the whole antennae makes this picture really a delight to behold.

She is really the same color of this thistle; this is so great! I like to see insect's camouflage. You were lucky to see her and she is beautiful. You caught great details especially on her head and front legs. I like those soft colors and composition but maybe I would have tried a little more contrast... Well done MF. Thanks,

what a interesting insect this is, I'm always amazed of all the colors and shapes it comes in. This one is perfectly camouflaged and will be very suggessful hunting its prey. Very well captured, details, colors and sharpness are good.
