Hello Manuel,
I do not know the name of this species but it looks like other members of family Syrphidae. Anyway, it would be nice to know big is this speciemen :) (I believe less than 7mm)
Picture has good details even if some part of FG could be cutted without to make it better :)

Buen macro de esta mosca tan pequeña, la nitidez en la cabeza es muy buena, quizás un poco justo la profundidad de campo, pero muestra muy bien todos los detalles. Para estos acercamientos suelo utilizar anillos de extensión Kenko que son baratos y dan mucho juego. Un cordial saludo

Radomir (cicindela) is quite right, it's a fly, but of a different family, Chloropidae, most probably a Thaumatomyia cf. notata. An interesting article (in English) about Th. notata written by Emilia P. Narchuk, the leading Russian expert for this group, you can find here:

bonjour manu
je ne connais pas non plus ID de cet insecte,je sur presque sur que c'est une mouche,mais laqu'elle?
le diaphragme etait pourtant tres fermé et pourtant la profondeur est encore juste,ce doit etre a cause de la lentilles close up.
bonne netteté sur la tête
