Sorry, no luck with the ID my friend.

A lovely capture though with amazing sharp details and stunning rich colours. The f/6.4 aperture ensured that the DOF covered the full range of the flower and noghing else thus rendering the BG and even some of the other vegetation well OOF. The excellent exposure is a plus factor. I would have loved to see a little more of the flower, especially the darker central area.

I have a feeling I've seen this in Spain but I can't recall its name. Excellent close capture showing very sharp details and I love the colours. Fine dark background and a beautiful composition.

Encore une beauté qui se présente comme une coiffe bretonne. Il me semble que cela ressemble aux fleurs de petits pois. Très belles couleurs complémentaires.

It is nice to see a sharp macro of the Wild Pea flower when I am more used to seeing white cultivated forms of it in my garden.
The POV, lighting and technical qualities are first class and I like the composition showing the OOF leaves in the BG.
