Hello Shir, nice shot. Good composition and well done on the exposure. The fly is a Tachinid fly, pretty hard to find a specific ID I think there are a few similar species.

I doubt a macro lens will provide much better results that I see here. Stopping the lens down gives you great DOF. Great color, sharpness and POV.
