The lighting is good on this. I have not seen one of these birds before, so TFS. I like the use of the leaves to add the natural surrounding.
I hope you got the falcon too.

Hi Michel,

This is the first time I have seen this bird. You caught him in a wonderful pose. The yellow and black look great against the green background and leaves. Nice details - even a sparkle in his eye. Lovely setting.

Pour moi cet oiseau apparaît déjà très exotique. Cela doit être un régal d'en voir toute une volée. Excellente composition de l'image avec le beau contraste entre l'oiseau et son environnement. Très bel arrière-plan aussi.

What a delightful and colourful image of this Yellow-headed blackbird. This is a beautiful bird and you have captured it in a perfect close-up pose. The colour of the plumage is vivid and very bright and the details of the beak and eye are displayed well. I like its canary yellow breast feathers as well as the catch-light you have managed to catch in the eye. The framing and composition are delightful. A pleasant image with great natural colours and light. The green schrub the bird is sitting on is a beautiful background and brings out the colours of the bird well. Thank you very much for sharing. I enjoyed this one.
