"A CAVE SWALLOW ".
Here you will note a "CAVE SWALLOW" feeding its young; and, I assumed it to be the NORMAL feeding posture.
Yesterday, when I went into the same area for my stroll, I noticed that the Swallows had RETURNED .... nesting & feeding their young. Much to my surprise there was one swallow that fed its baby IN FLIGHT. It looked like a .... HUMMING BIRD. Feeding its chick, as you can see for yourself, IN FLIGHT. I spent over 20 minutes to see if it would continue this strange behavior. And, it did so all the time it returned with food; all the while the other parents were feeding their babies the "NORMAL" way. This bird did this so often that it allowed me the opportunity to register this fact so I may share it with you.
Please note the strange behavior within the collage and compare the other parents feeding the young. (W/S)

Namastay Mario,
A nice capture of this cave swallow in LP. Excellent composition and good details. But I think it is a bit noisy. Anyway thanks a lot for sharing.
Sincerely
HP

Hi, dear Mario.
Soft a bit but very impressive in-flight shot with great timing and strong horizontal cropping. Very nice neighbors. My best wishes all of them and you of course.
Alexei.
A nice capture .
