"GOOD NIGHT CALGARY".

I had promised you the MARVELOUS sunsets that we, here, in Calgary enjoy almost on a daily basis.

Hence this image ...... done last evening. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE ENJOY THIS SHOW ALMOST ON A DAILY BASIS, BOTH, AM & PM.; infact, all day long. The Province of Alberta enjoys the MOST sunshine hours in Canada. My friend with the screen name of lovenature and neighbour, real name Janice Smith, will testify to this fact. Please see the image on her "work shop" section too. Thanks.

You can clearly see, on the horizon, the beautiful mountain range that goes from the North American Continent right down to the tip of South America; we call them the "ROCKIES" in the Northern half. The ANDES is the name in the Southern half. Arn't they MAGNIFICIENT. I've hiked within this range many many times; and I've gone hunting here with my bow & arrow too. I've also scaled a few of them when younger & healthier. Here is one that I could not conquer though I made two attempts. It is called the "THE DEVIL'S HEAD".

You can "see" the "DEVIL'S HEAD" within this set you are looking at if you glance at the EXTREME RIGHT EDGE OF THE IMAGE.

This is gorgeous! Such a beautiful sunset. I love the way the clouds are lighting up the ground below. So pretty. We sure have some beautiful sunsets and sunrises here. Thanks for mentioning me here... a hug for you.

This one is such a beautiful sunset - Ilove the colors in the sky, all those different shades of yellow and pink. You really live in a wonderful place, must be great to watch this every day and thank you for sharing it here. Very well done !
