"CRAB SPIDER for NANCY"

"CRAB SPIDER I".
This is dedicated to Mrs. Nancy Haddock who showed "extra ordinary kindness" to the two special members of our aviary, namely Oscar Romulus, the African Grey Congo, and, Maia, the male parrotlet from Peru, whenever we went on holidays. She has now "moved" to Mexico. This news brought tears to my MOST beloved friend & wife.
We are going to miss her terribly.
Nancy's home in Calgary was & is a real haven for birds.
I had posted this species on the 16th. August 2008. And, I had wrongly assumed that since it was getting COLDER & COLDER in Calgary these creatures would disappear until the next Summer. But, on the 2nd. October, this year, I was once more surprised to note this lovely Crab Spider spinning a web on the tip and around the rose bud in the flowerbed; furthermore, it let me shoot image after images. I even was "given" the opportunity to make "movie" clips.

Hi Mario.
What does the spider do? Is it an acrobat? Cute shot and extreme vertical cropping. I like your creative and courageous approach to photography. My best wishes and TS.
Alexei.
