"PLAYFULL SQUIRREL".

I have this species within our property.

However, on the 21st. February 2009 I went for a walk through the Edworthy City Park here in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. That's when I had a host of Chikadees following me around for hand outs. I have posted them here.

But, then I also met this "PLAYFUL SQUIRREL" playing peek-a-boo with me, going round the huge trunk of the tree. It seemed that it wanted me to chase it about; I did not. So, it came down to the ground. I managed to register a few images.

Hi Aries , a nice photo you have here , very nice color , great sharp detail, and a nice eye contact too. I dare say the squirrels in the local park here in High River Alberta , are just a wee bit more shy than this playful one :-)

Hello Mario !
You have black squirrels, that's great, in France they are only red ! I also like his pose and the way he is looking directly at you, and the details on his fur are really excellent. I bet you had a great moment, playing like that with him - in my country they are much too shy, would be impossible. It's wonderful you managed to get this nice pcture. Very well done !

Simply great shot of a charming creature. All is perfect. Especially I like amazing pose of the squirrel, impressive scenery and terrific quality of the image at whole. Bravo.
