Fantastic photo of this Wood Duck in flight. Very beautiful clear and saturated colours. Great sharpness, timing/pose, eye-contact and compositon. Beautiful plain BG.

awesome shot, tho the contrast with the background makes the bird not show it's beautiful colors, i made a small workshop. I hope you shot the original in raw, I think you have some beautiful raw material then to create a nice scene.

looking at it at a better screen it seems my workshop is a bit too light. ;)

Wood ducks are one of my favorites. They have so much personality,
and they are beautiful to boot.
This shot is so sharp. The colors came out great,
and as you said, the sky makes a great BG.
