Una oruga no muy habitual por aqui, no se a que especie pertenece.
Lente 58mm y ayudado con una lupa.
Para todos los que me pidieron más fotos de mariposas y orugas,no es óptima pero espero que les guste.

Hi Hernan, great close up. That is one hairy caterpillar, good colour and detail. Could be a bit sharper in my opinion only but a good overall shot. Well done and TFS.
Dean.

Nice close-up of a caterpillar!
A bit soft on focus but still a good photo!
Never saw it.
Nice POV!
TFS!

Hi Hernan,
No idea what it is, but it certainly is a hairy little fellow. It may not be as sharp as it could be, still good enough to show all the detail. A really unique caterpillar.

Hi Hernan
A very interesting caterpillar and those red spikes on its back really spell DANGER!
The issue with the focus, as already mentioned by previous critiquers, is the only real nit. The lighting affecting the colours (yellow tone) are probably due to a late afternoon sun (judging by the long shadow) and could have been adjusted by adding a little blue to the photo.
Anyway, you done well to capture it and to share it with us. Thanks.
Regards
Loot

Strange indeed. Very nice detail. Well focused head & body. Thank you Hernan.

yo tampoco habia visto una oruga asi... hermosa realmente. que suerte haberla pillado. esta foto es escaneada? creo que se le podia dar un poco mas de luminocidad y sharp para mejorar. un buen registro de esta especie! Gabriel

Hello Hernan,

Great picture of this caterpillar! I like the bg colour being like the insect. Your composition is also very good! It seems to be a little bit soft. So, I did a workshop to increase it a little bit. Hope you'll like it!

Ciao and TFS,
Michel (who wonder what butterfly it could make eventually!)
