This is the little cute "Sagui-de-tufo-branco", photographed from the wild life of the Barigui Park in Curitiba, Paraná, southern Brazil. This little kind of monkey (Callithrix jacchus) usually lives in groups of 10 to 15 monkeys and its measures goes up from 12 to 18cm. Friendly, they come close in search of food, and the childreen love them. But you should search and a little bit of lucky to see them. There are thousend of people walking on the park that never saw them, just because they don´t know about them or just don´t try to find them. I´ll post a new series about this nice animal from this post.

Hi Zeca
A nice capture of this Common Marmoset showing him in a very natural environment. I am rather anxious to see the rest of the series which are to follow.
The composition is fine and I like the POV showing this guy between the branches of the tree. The colours are natural, the details are good, and the exposure was well controlled. It is amazing to see that this guy actually sit still for you to capture him at 1/50 shutter speed without ending with a blur.
Very well done and TFS.

A very unusual subject that you have chosen! I have never seen one of these before. The compostion and detail shown are good. TFS,

Hola José,
Interesante monito, no conocía esa especie hasta que la vi en TN. Muy bien usado el flash como relleno, para compensar el brillo desde atrás.

Seguimos con vida, pero nos toca bailar con la más fea!
