-more details with smart sharpen
-out noise, with reduce noise
-adjustments - levels , more luminosity.

this is a great shot but it needs a little post processing. the pose is good the catch light in the eye is nice the focus is good the colors are nice and the use of depth of field(DOF) to blur the background is very good. see my workshop for some idea of how the image could be enhanced, in my opinion.
