Got a fairly good close up of this chap. Unfortunatly I didn't have my macro lens on me. I could get right up to him.

The bigger these guys are the braver they are too. This one was about 1 meter I think

One meter!!! What a lizard! You should be brave also in order to photography it! ;-)

I like the composition you did and the nice profile you got. Excellennt POV. The only thing is that I would have removed the brown thing in the foreground near its leg.
