[Normas para las notas] Notas del fotógrafo
I observed ground squirrels at the lookout at Cape San Martin on Californian's Highway 1. They were part of a colony that attracted tourist to feed them. Apparently they are regarded as a bit of a pest by California gardeners, however. Unlike most squirrels, their tails are long and narrow, rather than bushy. They appear to live in the small bushes at the edge of the cliff along the shoreline.

Hello Alan,
Squirrel is a very common species in our house. Well captured. Almost blend with the nature. Good details and a tiny catching light also....
Thanks for sharing,

Hello Alan,
Great shot of this cute little ground squirrel. Not often seen here on TN yet still quite an attractive specimen. Nicely focused and showing good detail and beautiful colors. I like the natural lighting and the way it appears to blend into it's surroundings.
