A good picture , but if you dont mind some nits, the picture is little overexposed and on the composition you should never place the subject in the center of the frame and there should be space in the direction of the animal's view, see the WS posted for what i mean
It's a lovely shot of this green fellow. The pose is superb and I like the POV a lot.
I took a look at workshop and your discussion with Goutham. First of all I think that centered composition isn't forbidden as some photograhers try to suggest. You must compose the picture in a way that makes it simply look good and sometimes some pictures look good only if the framing is centered. It always depends. As for this picture, I think that the perfect solution would be somethins between the original and workshop. I think the original has a bit too much free space that doesn't really add anything to the picture, the WS picture however seem to be cropped way to tight. From this two I think I prefer the original, but I would've changed the framing for a horizontal one. That would make the composition stronger.
Overall, it's a nice shot.
