| Introducción: | Hello, my name is Anna Eksteen. "Miss Piggy" is my nickname given to me by my husband Loot. I once pulled my face like that of a pig and that is where it all began. I have a good sense of humour and actually like the name. Trek Nature is a fine place to learn about nature, see awesome photos, and to make friends from other countries. I have been so amazed at the variety of plants, insects, animals, birds, and natural phenomena displayed on this site. We received such splendour on this lovely planet Earth to admire, to enjoy, and even to photograph. All of these are gifts received from the master designer our Creator God. His work is perfect! To me photography is indeed a great pleasure, and I am pleased if I succeed into capturing anything that moves. I do not intent (not at this stage, anyway) to get better or to take better photographs or to get better equipment, as I am afraid it will take away the joy and relaxation I experience at the moment taking photos. That I'll leave to the people that really go out there with one goal in mind to get the better image the next time around. At the end of the day I want to sit back and think by myself I really took pleasure in capturing a specific shot, without running around with a tripod, adding different lenses or adjusting the camera's settings. I know many won't agree with me, but what the heck, that's the way I like it and it seems the way I like it has turned out fine the most of the times. (I think) | |
