Bandon Beach (18)
UPDATE: After reading about how to sharpen a photo on the Microsoft WindowsXP website, and reading again, I tried something different with my photos. I had been having these strange pixel things happening I couldn't figure out and I thought it was just my "cheap" camera and/or scanner, but when I tried the new way my photos looked much better, so it was "ME" all along!
Here's what I did that seemed to help:
Adjusted levels, contrast, brightness
Ran through Neat Image, (if needed)
Resize for Web
It seems when I do it in this order the photos look SO MUCH better....well you tell me what you think??
On the third night of our Honeymoon we stayed here in Bandon, Oregon. This is a lovely town and very often has the warmest temperatures on the Oregon Coast. There were people riding horseback on the beach, I've always wanted to do that! There are many rocky formations up and down this beach lending it to some great photo opportunities.
There is also a cheese factory here that we toured. A very interesting place.
I cropped, increased mid-tones and contrast, sharpened +2.

I tried to fix the Overexposed nature of my previous posts. The day I remember was the brighter of the two, but I think it looks a bit better than all that too bright white.

It's difficult to modify colors on a picture without having been there. So, you'll be the only one able to tell me if this is right. On scans, colors are sometimes too warm and need some yellow. So, that's just what I've did on PS. Hope you'll like it.
